After wearing the New Balance 515 V3 as an everyday beater shoe for running errands and casual Fridays, a few things stood out immediately. First, the retro 90s aesthetic is spot on. A quick wipe with a damp rag gets rid of scuffs, making them perfect for messy environments. Our biggest tip, however, is about the insole. The factory insole is very flat and offers zero arch support. If you plan on standing or walking in these for more than an hour, do your feet a favor and swap the insole for a Dr. Scholl's or custom orthotic. It completely transforms the comfort level.
